Natalie Hilde has more than 18 years of Management Consulting and Human Resources experience. Natalie is an expert at developing and administering leadership and organizational assessment tools. She has surveyed thousands of employees in dozens of different industries. In addition, Natalie has helped dozens of companies with their Human Resource needs.

Natalie is a certified MBTI® practitioner passionate about helping individuals and teams understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Natalie helps employees and leaders become better communicators through assessment tools, training, and coaching. She enjoys working with people in all positions and industries, from physicians and corporate executives to first-line supervisors and small teams.

Natalie has her BBA in Business Management from Boise State University and holds an SPHR certification. She enjoys spending time in the Idaho mountains skiing, camping, boating with her family, and being a taxi driver for her two little girls.
